Project HopFisch: Iowa breweries band together to protect watersheds
Three Iowa breweries have come together for a collaboration beer that aims to protect local watersheds. Toppling Goliath (Decorah), Big Grove (Iowa City) and Lua Brewing (Des Moines) are brewing a double IPA called Project HopFisch, with proceeds going to benefit organizations that clean up local waterways, like the Upper Iowa River.
